Generate the month's invoices
One click creates an invoice for each child, with the amount the nursery set. No retyping names every month.
Reminders go out automatically
Parents with an unpaid invoice get a reminder in the parent app. Nobody on your team has to chase them one by one.
Mark it as received
When the money reaches you — cash at the desk, a bank transfer or InstaPay — you mark the invoice as received. Your records match reality.
We'd rather be straight with you: parents can't pay by card inside LumiNest yet. Today they pay the nursery the way they already do, and you record the payment in one tap. That keeps your records accurate whatever the payment method.

Why "mark as received" beats a payment button you don't have yet
In most Egyptian nurseries, fees arrive in more than one way: some parents pay cash at the desk, some send a bank transfer, many use InstaPay. A system that only knows about card payments would leave most of your money invisible.
LumiNest starts from how parents actually pay. The invoice is created for every child, the reminder goes out on time, and the moment you receive the money — however it arrived — you mark it. At the end of the month your list of unpaid invoices is the real list, not a guess.

Fees and invoicing questions
Can parents pay fees by card through the app?
Not yet. Today LumiNest generates the invoice and sends the reminders, and you mark the fee as received once the money reaches you — cash, transfer or InstaPay. Card payment inside the app is coming soon.
Do I have to create each invoice by hand?
No. You generate the whole month's invoices in one click — one invoice per child — and reminders are sent automatically.
Which payment methods can I record?
Any payment that reaches the nursery outside the app: cash, bank transfer, InstaPay. You mark the invoice as received, so your records stay accurate.
Can parents see their invoices?
Yes. Each parent sees every invoice for their own child and what's still due in the free parent app — and only their own child.
Which plans include invoicing?
Invoicing and fee reminders are included in the Standard plan (3,500 EGP/month, up to 80 children) and the Professional plan. The Basic plan doesn't include invoicing. See pricing.
Can you import our existing fees?
Yes. Send us whatever you have — an Excel sheet, a Word document, even photos of your register — and we import it before you go live.
