Pricing questions
Do parents pay anything for the app?
No. The parent app is completely free. You pay one flat monthly fee for the nursery, and every parent gets the app at no cost.
Is the price per child?
No. Each plan is one flat monthly fee for the nursery, sized by how many children you have (up to 40, 80 or 150). The "per child" figure on each plan is only there to help you compare.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Importing your existing data and training your team are part of setup, at no extra cost.
Can parents pay nursery fees by card in the app?
Not yet. Today LumiNest generates the invoice and sends the reminders, and you mark the fee as received once the money reaches you — cash, transfer or InstaPay. Card payment inside the app is coming soon.
What does the Lumi AI add-on cost?
+1,000 EGP per month on top of any plan. It's an assistant for the director that answers questions about your nursery's data — it only reads, it never changes anything.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time — there's no contract lock-in. We'll export all your data and hand it over in a readable format.
