A nursery holds some of the most sensitive information a family has. In LumiNest each parent sees only their own child — their photos, their reports, their invoices. Data is separated per nursery, and the nursery can export or delete everything on request.

Do parents pay for the app?
No. The parent app is completely free for parents. The nursery pays one flat monthly fee that covers every parent.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play). It works in Arabic and English, and each parent chooses their own language.
Can other parents see my child's photos?
No. Each parent sees only their own child's photos, reports and invoices. Only the nursery's staff and the child's own parents can see the child's data.
Can parents talk to the teacher directly?
Yes, through a private chat about their own child — and with the nursery management. The nursery can also switch parent-to-teacher chat off and keep chat with the management only.
